Ian Kendrick
Ian has worked in the fields of strategy and organisational development for over 15 years with experience designing and running in house strategy development and deployment programmes and as an external consultant working with those involved in future thinking, organisational design and strategy development and implementation. This experience has been gained with organisations of all sizes in both the private and public sectors across Europe. Ian specialises in scenario planning, using systems methods to improve business performance and the design and mobilisation of strategy for organisations focused on technology and innovation.
Ian is a Visiting Research Fellow at Cranfield Business School and a Visiting Lecturer at Manchester Business School.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ian worked in the IT industry for over 25 years holding posts at Director and Vice President level.
