Hugh Stuart-Buttle
Hugh has worked as a consultant since 2000 with organisations in both the private and public sector. His primary focus has been on the strategic management of reputation, brand and communications. A major component is the management of change as it impacts the reputation of an organisation, its values, vision and brand, as well as the ability of the organisation to communicate and engage its people effectively in that process.
Hugh has considerable international experience in change projects which have included mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and restructuring from small to multi billion £ change programmes. Whatever the size the principles behind effective change are similar. As a result he has built an organisational change toolkit, the culmination of years of practical experience in communicating change. Hugh also provides communications training for leaders as a critical part of effective change.
Previously Hugh was in the pharmaceutical and chemicals industry, both in Europe and the US where he was Vice President of communications for the worlds’ leading specialty chemicals company. He has an MBA from Henley.
