Diane Bowling
Diane has worked as a consultant since 1990 with organisations in both the private and public sector, mainly focusing on issues to do with organisational structure and communications. As IT has developed and with it the movement to virtual teams and e-commerce, the structures developed by organisations have changed. Diane has worked with organisations to increase effectiveness of virtual teams.
Diane uses a number of leading edge approaches based in systems theory both for understanding organisations, and for analysing and resolving complex problems to help managers develop practical solutions when implementing organisational change.
Diane worked as an industrial chemist in the plastics industry, and has an MBA from Aston University. She has a number of published papers on organisational structure and is the co-author of the Viplan Learning System – a software tutorial for managers on the interaction between organisation, structure and strategy.
