Fractal has over 20 years’ experience in using systems thinking and management science approaches to tackle complex, intractable management issues where traditional approaches consistently fail.

We originally focused on three main areas of Strategy, Organisation, and Transformation. We have developed innovative systems approaches in all these areas. These areas are so intimately related and interdependent that it makes sense to be able to tackle them together for holistic solutions. Increasingly we are working with groups of organisations and business ecosystems, and so have developed approaches to working in multi-organisation situations.
